Islamabad Capital police apprehended 13 criminals and drug peddlers involved in criminal activities and recovered drugs and weapons with ammunition from their possession, a police public relations officer said.
He said that DIG Operations Sohail Zafar Chatha had ordered all zonal officers to curb the crime in their respective areas and arrest those involved in looting innocent people. Following these directives, Abpara police arrested an accused namely Waqar Munawar and recovered 80 liters liquor from his possession. Bhara Kahu police team arrested an accused namely Saroot Khan and recovered one 30 bore from his possession.
