49 deaths were reported in the last 24 hours by novel coronavirus while 2465 tested positive in the country.
As per the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) latest data 49,553 tests were conducted during the last 24 hours of which 2465 returned positive taking the total positive cases to 1,491,423.
Positivity ratio stands at 4.97 percent.
According to province wise details 560,670 coronavirus cases have been reported in Sindh, 496,724 in Punjab 212,078 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 133,388 in Islamabad, 42,180 in Azad Kashmir 35,133 in Balochistan and 11,250 in Gilgit-Baltistan so far.
With 49 fatalities during the last 24 hours the tally of fatalities has surged to 29877. .
As per NCOC statistics 13,390 patients have succumbed to the epidemic in Punjab, 8,000 in Sindh 6,153 in KP, 1,001 in Islamabad, 773 in Azad Kashmir, 371 in Balochistan, and 189 in GB so far.
203,227,145 doses with 2,339,218 in the last 24 hours have been administered so far.
1,388,517 patients have recovered in the country while 1,534 patients are reported to be in critical condition.
