In a tragic incident on Tuesday, the roof of an under-construction warehouse in Humak collapsed, resulting in the deaths of five laborers and injuries to three others.
According to an Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) administration spokesperson, eight workers were on site when the roof suddenly collapsed and they were buried under the debris.
The initial rescue operation led to the recovery of four bodies and three injured individuals, who were transported to a local hospital for medical treatment, he said.
