Imtiaz Hussain Shah, Khushal Khan, Zulfiqar Ali Shah from KP named in course scheduled for Aug

The federal government selected a total of 50 officers of grade 20 for the National Security and War Course (NS&WC) scheduled to be started in August next.
These officers belonged to different service groups including Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS) and the Police Service of Pakistan (PSP), said a circular issued by the establishment division Islamabad.
It said that eight officers of PAS group have been nominated for the NS&WC 2022-23.
It is pertinent to mention here that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Secretary Energy and Power Syed Imtiaz Hussain Shah, Secretary Home and Tribal Affairs Khushal Khan and Secretary Industries Zulfiqar Ali Shah would participate in the course.
The PAS officers including Anila Salman of Balochistan government, Shanul Haq of Punjab government, Imran Sikandar, Secretary, Primary and Secondary Health Care Department, Punjab, Atif-ur-Rehman, Secretary, Excise and Taxation department, Sindh and Rafiq Ahmed, Member, Board of Revenue, Sindh also selected for the course .
Similarly, eight officers from PSP have been selected for the NS&WC these included Qazi Jamil-ur-Rehman (Islamabad), Zulfiqar (Sindh Police), Shakeel Ahmad Durrani (FIA), Yaseen Farooq Sheikh (DIG Mardan ), Awal Khan (FIA), Asif Ijaz Sheikh (Sindh Police), Iqbal (Punjab Police) and Abbas Ahsan (KP Police).
The establishment division has approved the names of four officers of the Secretariat Group, eight officers of the Foreign Service, four officers of the Audit and Accounts Group, four officers of the Inland Revenue Service and four officers of the Customs Group to participate in the said course.
Moreover, the federal government has also selected ten Grade 20 officers from various other services including NAB, Information Group and CDA for the NS&WC.
