PESHAWAR: The 50th Mandatory Training Course for government employees eligible for promotion to Grade 17 in the Provincial Management Service (PMS) and Provincial Planning Service (PPS) successfully concluded today at the Staff Training Institute Peshawar. The comprehensive training program, spanning 14 weeks for PMS and nine weeks for PPS, was designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of government employees in preparation for their new roles and responsibilities in public service. The closing ceremony was held at the Staff Training Institute, where Director Dildar Muhammad Danish distributed certificates to the participants who successfully completed the course. A total of 46 employees participated in this course, including 41 PMS officers for the 14-week program and five PPS officers for the nine-week program. Notably,among Provincial Minister Syed Fakhar Jehan’s PS .Haidar Ali,two female employees also completed the 14-week training. The curriculum provided in-depth training on essential office procedures and management techniques to equip the participants with the expertise required for effective public service in Grade 17 roles.
