The so-called biggest democracy of the world resorted to draconian laws to suppress Kashmiri indigenous Freedom Movement by arresting youth and minors.

President Jammu Kashmir Salvation Movement Altaf Ahmed Bhat while talking to media today here in Islamabad has said that, More than eight million Kashmiris were thrust into a digital black hole on Aug. 5, 2019, after India’s fascist government revoked article 370 and 35A that guaranteed the region a degree of autonomy.
It is the longest ever Internet Shutdown ever since the invention of the internet on the face of the earth.
Bhat further said that Indian government under Modi, Amit Shah and Ajit Doval with their draconian Laws are trying to suppress Kashmiris from Freedom movement by arresting Minors and youth to pressurize families and relatives to stay away from raising voice for freedom.
In February 138 civilians are arrested and 5 people including 2 minors are arresting on alleged misuse of Social media. The security forces first resorted to physical checks of smartphones, as multiple Kashmir residents reported to media, and then started arresting minors and youngsters.
“Indian Fascist government has given its agencies, and Policies shelter through illegal draconian laws, which eligible them to arrest and detain minors, youngsters, which are later tortured and kept in unknown detention camps for years. Most of them end up in dead in mass graves or alive but crippled. Bhat added.”
President JKSM further said that The bravery of Kashmiri People couldn’t found anywhere else, they have been sacrificing for seven decades but never surrendered to Indian suppression and persecution.
Police and agencies in Jammu and Kashmir arrest anyone who tries to expose the vandalism of forces in the villages.
Altaf Ahmed Bhat giving Reference to Universal Declaration of Human Rights said that, In 2016, the United Nations made an addition to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights: “Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to . . . seek, receive, and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.”
But for the besieged people of Kashmir under Indian dark clouds, the International Humanitarian organizations and security council couldn’t take practical steps for the Human Rights Violations and Right to self-determination as per the resolutions of United Nations.
Bhat further said that, Modi and his companions Amit Shah, Ajit Doval and Army chief must be tested at International Court of Justice for the violation of Human Rights, Extra-Judicial Killings, Detention and Torture of Minors, Molestation and Rape of Women by Army and Police, Mass graves, and putting the valley under severe lockdown for 7 months.
Bhat mentioned the role of International media and said that International Media is now exposing the true face of India and Modi. While it is high time to raise the voice of besieged people of Kashmir on every platform so that The real democratic countries of the world will see the Fascist and Hindutva inspired so-called democracy of India.
