There was no wheat crisis in the country instead of it ‘artificial crisis’ was created: Committee report

An investigation team constituted upon the orders of Prime Minister Imran Khan to investigate those responsible for flour crisis in the country has declared the flour crisis artificial’ in its report.
A special team, headed by DG FIA Wajid Zia has sent it repot to PM office after completing the process of investigation.
Committee after declaring flour crisis “artificial” in its report said that there was no wheat crisis in the country instead of it ‘artificial crisis’ was created.
Committee in its report has said that there are 21, 00,000 ton wheat reserves present in the country till now.
Furthermore, according to report the basic reason behind wheat and flour crisis is mismanagement. It is vital to mention here that wheat and flour crisis was created in the country during the end of previous year while in the start of current year and the price of flour had reached Rs 85 per kg in various areas of the country.
Flour Mill owners had refused to provide flour in Rs 40 per kg and non-serious statements of federal and provincial ministers had also created anger among general public.
On the other hand, Prime Minister Imran Khan has also admitted government negligence upon the increase of flour and sugar prices in the country.
