PML-N leader Rana Sana Ullah could not be indicted in drugs recovery case.
The case against former provincial law minister came up for hearing before anti narcotics court headed by Judge Shakar Hassan Saturday.
Rana Sana Ullah requested the court to provide him copy of statements of witnesses.
The co-accused Usman Farooq filed the power of attorney of his new counsel. The judge inquired from lawyers the accused have to be indicted. The counsels prayed they have to study the entire case. Indictment be imposed after it.
Prosecutor ANF said the counsels for the accused persons are wasting the time of court with reference to imposition of indictment. Indictment has to be imposed. No one should have any objection in this regard.
The court while summoning the lawyers of the respondents for arguments adjourned the hearing of the case on March 28.
Talking to media men on the occasion Rana Sana Ullah said treatment of Nawaz Sharif will be done in March. Shahbaz Sharif will return to Pakistan by the end of March and play his role.
