NA committee recommends resolving OFP employees’

ISLAMABAD
The National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development recommended that the issues of gratuity of the employees of Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) would be resolved as per Board decisions.
Meeting of the NA Body on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development was under the chair of MNA Mir. Aamer Ali Khan Magsi here on Friday.
The Committee recommended that the water issue at OPF Housing Scheme Zone-V would be resolved at the earliest. The Committee was informed that the
removal of surplus soil from the plots areas and leveling of land at OPF Housing Scheme Zone-V, Islamabad is expected to be commenced shortly. The
work for construction of boundary wall and security posts around the OPF Scheme is awarded at a total cost of Rs/49.98 million.
The Committee invited DCO Islamabad, Revenue Officers Islamabad, Chairman CDA and FWO to resolve the issues of OPF Housing Scheme Zone-V, Islamabad for timely completion.
The meeting was attended by MNAs Rana Muhammad Afzal Khan, Ms. SabihaNazir, Ms. Shakila Khalid Luqman, Ms. MusaratRafiqueMahesar, Ms. Shagufta Jumani, Ms. SuraiyaJatoi, Sheikh Salahuddin, Ms. Aisha and Ms. Aliya Kamran besides officials of Ministry.
