The senior most judge of Supreme Court (SC) Justice Asif Saeed Khosa has taken oath as acting Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP). Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan administered the oath to Justice Asif Saeed Khosa in a simple but impressive ceremony here in Supreme Court on Monday. Justice Asif Saeed Khosa will discharge the responsibilities as acting CJP due to departure of CJP Mian Saqib Nisar to China on official visit. Judges of SC, senior lawyers and Attorney General of Pakistan and others attended the oath taking ceremony.
