MARDAN: A man allegedly slaughtered his young wife with a sharp tool due to domestic violence in the limits of Jabbar police station, police sources said. Sources added that Samiullah son of Yousaf, resident of Pahndu, Peshawar, with the convince of his brother Shafiq and uncle Mohammad Gul slaughtered his wife with sharp tool. The accused escaped after committing the crime. Sources added that the couple was cousins and they were married eight years ago. However difference arose between the husband and wife after the death of a newborn girl. Officials of Jabbar Police Station shifted the body to DHQ Hospital for postmortem. Police registered case against the accused on the complaint of deceased brother Wajid Ali and investigation was started. Our Correspondent
