Another Lahore High Court (LHC) judge Justice Shams Mahmood Mirza, who was heading a three-member bench hearing petition seeking disqualification of former first lady, Kalsoom Nawaz, has on Wednesday refused to hear case citing personal reasons.
The candidate of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Faisal Mir for NA-120 by-polls had filed a petition in the Lahore High Court for her disqualification.
During the hearing, Justice Shams Mahmood Mirza refused to be a part of the bench.
