PESHAWAR: Provincial Minister for Local Government, Elections, Rural Development and Parliamentary Affairs Akbar Ayub Khan Monday said that Peshawar is the capital of the province and development of metropolis is one of the top priorities of KP government. He said this while talking to a delegation here at his office. The LG Minister said that development works of Rs 1.5 billion would be completed within one year in Peshawar while hundreds of beauty projects in provincial capital are to be completed soon to improve the living standards of the citizens in health, sanitation and other sectors. The minister said that KP government want to make Peshawar again the city of gardens and flowers and to restore its greatness. He said that the establishment of a zoo in Peshawar, the construction of Bab-e-Peshawar, BRT and other mega project were the big achievement of PTI government. Our Correspondent
