Clash between students organizations in a university leave several students injured

ISLAMABAD: Several students have been injured during clash between two students organizations in a key university of federal capital. The students have blocked Kashmir high way and demanded for arresting the responsible people. IG Islamabad took immediate notice of the incident sent heavy contingent of police on the scene. 8 students have been shifted to hospital and police have controlled the situation. One among the injured is stated to be in critical condition. Jamiat Tulaba Islam (JTI) has threatened university will be kept shut unless the miscreants are arrested. During a walk by Pushtoon Students Council, PSF, JTI and Gilgit-Baltistan Council clash took place between two students group. JTI leader Usman Ghani alleged that the ethnic council had attacked them in 2019 too and one of our member was martyred. ONLINE
