Human Rights senior vice president, Muhammad Asim Khan has alleged that a section officer at defiance ministry Islamabad allegedly want to occupied his land with the convenience of local police and demanded the chief justice of Pakistan to take action and provide him justice, addressing to a news conference at Mardan press club Mohammad Asim Khan resident of Iram colony accused that a section officer at defiance ministry named Mian Usman Ali Shah allegedly want to occupy his land and plot.
He added that Shoaib Hussain who is absconder in three first information report (FIR) is living with the mentioned bureaucrat at Charsadda. He added that Shoaib Hussain, Maqsood Mushtaq along with other people allegedly kidnapped him and beaten him and throw him on ring road.
He added that later on he want to submit an FIR against the mentioned person but the police using delaying tactics. He added that later on police registered case against the mentioned people. However police did not charge them in the relevant section.
He accused that Mian Usman along with his accomplices attacked him in Sheikh Maltoon Town. He said that Mian Usman and his accomplices had tried to seize his personal property on Jail Road several times on gunpoint.
He alleged that the mentioned bureaucrat also allegedly want to occupied his land at Ghalla Dher.
He accused that the mentioned bureaucrat has the backing of some ministers of the ruling party, including the Mardan police. He added that in stead of to registered case against the accused police registered case against him. He added that police officer Muqadam Khan told him that he is innocent but due to pressure they registered case against him. He accused that police also told him that Prime Minister Imran Khan and his fellow Zulfi Bukhari contacted the police officer in the case and due to which police is helpless. He added that the mentioned bureaucrat few months ago allegedly occupied the land of Khan Mohammad alias Laloki in front of Mardan Medical Complex (MMC).
He added that the absconder Shoaib Hussan and other people of the mentioned bureaucrat allegedly wandering weapon in Mardan but now one is ready to take action against them. He appealed the Chief Justice of Pakistan to provide him justice and protection and to conduct a judicial inquiry into the case and arrest the accused immediately.
