Wing Commander 161 wing of Frontier Corp (FC) Lieutenant Col Saif has said that keeping in view our tradition; the students should equip themselves with modern learning so that they can play their role effectively in the progress of the country.
He expressed the views while participating as a chief in the annual prize distribution program of the government middle school Speen Qaber,Sipah,subdivision Bara district Khyber on Saturday.
He said that passing through a difficult time; it is needed to put the area in the right direction of progress and prosperity.
With support of local social workers positive activities will be enhanced and the 161 wing of FC will strive hard to facilitate the tribesmen of Sipah tribe, he remarked.
Earlier, Headmaster of the school Jan Akbar welcomed the guests and thanked the volunteers of Khedmate Khalaq Committee and the forces for the construction of the boundary wall and restoring the educational environment in the institution.
He also apprised them of the problems being faced by them.
Students of the school presented national songs, tableaus and speeches that amused the participants.
Chief of Khedmate Khalaq Committee Qasim Khan, Haji Sultan Akbar, Torab Ali besides a large number of parents, teachers and students participated in the moot.
At the end the chief guest awarded the shining students of the school.
