BoK branch opened in Nowshera Economic Zone

Special Assistant to the Chief Minister, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) on Industries and Investment Abdul Karim Tordher has said that the provincial government was committed to pave ways for industrialisation and easy access to the banking system.
He expressed these views during the inauguration ceremony of Bank of Khyber (BoK) at Nowshera economic zone here on Saturday.
Secretary Industries, Commerce and Technical Education and Chairman BOD Zulfiqar Ali Shah and CEO KPEZDMC Javed Iqbal Khattak, Group Head (Conventional) The Bank of Khyber Sher Muhammad, Vice Chairman KPBOIT Syed Mehmood, Chairperson ZFC Fayaz Bacha and Vice-Chairperson ZFC Nowshera Irfan Khan attended the ceremony.
On this occasion Special Assistant Abdul Karim Tordher also inaugurated various industrial units in the zone.
The inauguration of the BOK branch at Nowshera Economic Zone is yet another milestone achieved by KPEZDMC paving the way for the local industrialist in terms of access to finance by the leading bank of the province within the zone, he said.
During the visit, SACM also inaugurated AM Industries Pvt Ltd, Al Habib Minerals PVT Ltd, and MM Industries Pvt Ltd.
He said that these industrial projects worth PKR 300 million will also generate more than 370 employment opportunities upon commercial production.
SACM also visited A M/S Aziz Oil and Ghee Industries at Export Processing Zone, Risalpur, where Vice Chairman KPBOIT Syed Mehmood briefed the SACM & CEO KPEZDMC about the Project.
