Chakwal: The fourth 15-day meeting of the Rotary Club of Chakwal was held at the office of the Rotary Club on Saturday under the chairmanship of Charter President Khawaja Babar Saleem. Past District Governor Rotary Club Garrison Lahore Abdul Haleem, Club Officer Dr. Noshaba Shehzad, Anil Ghai from India, Chakwali Surjit Anand from USA, Dr. Prof. Imran Haider, Pir Zahid Hussain Shah, Muhammad Shafiq Malik, Charter Secretary Zafar Abbas Minhas through video link. Mian Shaukat Mahmood of Rotary Club Islamabad participated through video link while Runder Kumar Chahbar and Khawaja Daniel Saleem were present in the meeting. In addition to Anil Ghai’s message of peace and brotherhood, he was presented with a symbolic shield and award in recognition of his efforts to establish the Rotary Club of Chakwal. Shehzad Ahmed expressed the belief that the manner in which the Rotary Club of Chakwal has been received in such a short period of time has created joy and surprise in the entire Rotary International Club.
