Rawalpindi Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized Independence day celebrations at FPCCI Capital House Islamabad. The Chief Coordinator of FPCCI Mirza Abdul Rehman was the chief guest of the ceremony. The young child Ibrahim formally started the ceremony with recitation. Esha presented the Milli song while another little girl presented a speech. The National Anthem was played during the flag hoisting ceremony.
After which cake was also cut by Rawalpindi Women Chamber of Commerce and FPCCI. FPCCI chief coordinator Mirza Abdul Rahman said while addressing the participants that in the songs, prayers and celebrations of Independence Day people will forget what kind of Pakistan Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan, wanted. we should consider Quaid-e-Azam’s speeches, writings and words.
The freedom of Pakistan includes blood of our forefathers, the Federation has always stood by the side of women and will continue to provide all kinds of support in the future.
He thanked the group leader of Rawalpindi Women’s Chamber of Commerce Hina Mansab Khan and President Uzma Butt and other delegations for organizing the event. Speaking on this occasion, Hina Mansab Khan said that freedom is a blessing and we should value it.
How does the young generation know that our elders got this country after so many sacrifices. If you want to ask the value of freedom, ask the Muslims of Palestine and Kashmir.
The solution to the Kashmir issue is not in war, but in India-Pakistan negotiations. Good neighbors should live with love instead of fighting. We should remember the sacrifices of our elders by celebrating Independence Day.
I salute those martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the freedom of Pakistan. She said that whenever we needed, the federation has always responded to women’s issues.
She thanked the Chief Coordinator FPCCI Mirza Abdul Rehman and other participants of the event.
Speaking at the ceremony, President of Rawalpindi Women’s Chamber Uzma Shahid Butt said that it has been more than 75 years since India and Pakistan became independent. A better future of future generations is hidden in peace and order.
Asma Imran, group leader of Rawalpindi Women’s Chamber of Commerce, said that the blood of our ancestors is included in the foundations of the country we do not value today.
Because of courageous leadership of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah we are free today and not a slave of British or the Hindus. Executive members Farah Shaikh and Asia Shahid in their address mentioned the sacrifices made for Pakistan and the atrocities endured by Muslims and paid tribute to the Pakistan Army and other institutions responsible for the security of the country.
Shabana Ajmal of FPCCI said that we got this country after a lot of sacrifices and we should appreciate it.
Today women are making a name for themselves in every field of life. President Uzma Butt, Senior Vice President Almace Akhtar, Vice President Noreen Tariq, General Secretary Junaid Yousuf ,Muntaha Shahrukh, Asia Shahid, Farah Sheikh, Razia Sultana, Rahat Jabin, Samina Salam and other women also attended the event .
