KP govt focuses on youth development, welfare: Khaliq

Advisor to Chief Minister on Excise, Taxation and Narcotics Control Khaliq-ur-Rahman has said that the provincial government was taking effective steps to promote welfare of the youth, adding new flagships projects have been launched to this end.
Khaliq-ur-Rahman said that according to the vision of Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan and under the leadership of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Mahmood Khan, the provincial government was working on youth development and prosperity.
He said that the Tehsil Sports Complex Pabbi will become the mega sports complex of Nowshera, which will provide various sports opportunities to the youth.
Advisor to CM-KP expressed these views in a statement issued from his office.
Khaliqur Rehman said that a sports complex is being built in Nowshera Tehsil Pabbi to promote positive activities among the youth and to highlight the talent of the youth.
He said that a stadium has been built for outdoor games at a cost of Rs15.7 million, while work on an indoor games stadium of international standard was being built at a cost of Rs219.6 million in the second phase.
Khaleeq ur Rahman said that the outdoor stadium has a seating capacity of 1000 spectators, along with this, karate, volleyball, badminton and other indoor sports can be played in the indoor sports stadium.
The construction of the sports complex, the youth of Nowshera and Tehsil Pabbi will get the best sports facilities and the best talent from Nowshera will come ahead.
