KP Govt to register cases against PDM leadership: Saif

PESHAWAR: KP government has decided to register cases against PDM leadership over hatred speeches, use of foul language and provoking statements against state institutions. KP Government spokesman Muhammad Ali Saif told in a media statement issued here Tuesday that Additional Assistant Commissioner DI Khan Munir Khan have been authorized under section 196 and in the light of KP cabinet’s decision to register cases under sections 108A, 153A and 505 against leadership of different political parties affiliated with PDM. Saif said that Additional Assistant Commissioner DI Khan would register the cases on the complaint of PTI leader Ali Amin Khan Gandapur or some other complainant.
He said that PDM leadership used provoking language against armed forces, judiciary and other state institutions in their past public speeches and press conferences for which they would be booked.
