Non-payment of salaries
Peshawar
The employees of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Foundation Languages Centers have announced protest and sit-in in front of the Chief Minister’s House due to non-payment of salaries for the past two months.
According to the details, the employees appointed in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Foundation Language Centers Peshawar and Swat are in a state of anxiety for not getting their salaries for the last two months.
Talking to media , the employees said that we were appointed temporarily in the Language Center and we also received 17 days salary on the orders of the Acting Managing Director, but as soon as the MDK PEF returned from Hajj, they still not paid two months salaries to us.
Our salaries have been withheld but on the other hand a director of grade 19 has been appointed in this office but his salary has been released which is totally unfair because the salaries of the lower grade people have been withheld while on the other hand the officer Salary issued. The above officer and we were appointed by the Acting Managing Director, so we appeal to the Vice Chairman Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Foundation and Provincial Minister for Higher Education & Chief Minister and Chairman Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Foundation Mahmood Khan that how difficult it is to go through in this period of inflation but our salaries are also withheld, so you are requested to issue orders to release our salaries as soon as possible, otherwise we will be forced to protest in front of the Chief Minister’s House.
