ISLAMABAD, Sep 29 (Online); Islamabad High Court (IHC) has extended its order for not harassing Arsalan Hijazi and Fakhar Durrani till November 02 in SECP data leak case.
The case came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by the Chief Justice (CJ) Athar Minallah here
The petitioner Additional Director Arsalan Hijazi and Shahid Anwar counsel for SECP appeared in the court.
Shahid Anwar Bajwa told the court SECP Commissioner has not been appointed since the last 8 months and only two officers are working. When government changed then new minster came. This matter will be finalized if commissioner is appointed.
The CJ IHC remarked we fix the next hearing for hearing final arguments . It is hoped the minister will resolve the issue of appointment of commissioner till then.
The court while seeking final arguments from the respondents on November 2 adjourned the hearing of the case.
