PESHAWAR
Clashes broke out between PTI’s Nazim and the police outside the Municipal Inter-College with a Policeman injured in the altercation here on Sunday on the Election Day.
According to detail, one policeman was injured in the altercation when the PTI Nazim exchanged hot words with the Police officials present on this occasion and as a result the gunman of the PTI Nazim attacked the Policeman, injuring him.
The Policeman was shifted to hospital for medical treatment.
The Police have also arrested the gunman of PTI Nazim. Police said that the gunman was shifted to Faqirabad Police Station and an FIR has been registered with further investigation of the incident. Senior Police Officials also rushed to the site of the incident.
