KARACHI: A Model Trial Criminal Court on Saturday indicted two Sindh MPAs in a triple murder case. The court indicted MPAs Sardar Chandio and Burhan Chandio and five others in a case related to the killing of family members of Umme Rubab Chandio. The nominated accused pleaded not guilty after charges framed in the case against them. The complainant of the case Umme Rubab Chandio and accused MPAs Sardar Ahmed Chandio and Burhan Chandio were present during the court hearing. Umme Rubab’s father Mukhtiar Chandio, grandfather Karamullah Chandio and paternal uncle Qabil Chandio were gunned down on Jan 17, 2018, within the remit of Faridabad police station in Mehar. The police have booked seven people in the case including MPAs Sardar Chandio and Burhan Chandio. MPAs Sardar Chandio and Burhan Chandio and two others accused are on bail. The court has adjourned the hearing of the case till December three and also summoned witnesses in the next hearing of the case. DNA
