LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) Judge Justice Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar has snubbed DIG Operations Afzal Kausar and Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) SP Shams Durrani over the illegal confinement of citizens. While hearing a plea against the illegal detention of three citizens, Justice Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar said that Lahore police are deeply engaged in bullying citizens and everyone seems to be afraid of them. The judge warned the police officials that the court can snatch your designations by written order.
