ISLAMABAD: Former president Asif Zardari has sought relief in suspicious transaction reference as Accountability Court (AC) has returned this reference to NAB. Farooq Naik counsel for Asif Zardari and NAB prosecutor Sohail Arif appeared in the court. Counsel for Asif Zardari told the court Asif Zardari has no relevance with this case. Under new law the reference does not fall in the jurisdiction of court. The court should give decision on the petitions as per law. Administrative judge Muhammad Bashir announced his decision after hearing the arguments. The court returned the reference to NAB. The court ordered to send the reference to respective forum. NAB had filed this reference in AC last year. Online
