PESHAWAR
The provincial minister for forests, environment, wildlife and climate change Syed Muhammad Ishtiaq Urmar has said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was the only political party in the country which struggling for rule of law and providing relief to the public.
He said that rule of law and relief were the major components of PTI’s manifesto.
The provincial minister expressed these views while addressing a rally in Peshawar, in which Ayub Khan, along with his family and other colleagues, quit Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and joined the PTI.
On this occasion, Ishtiaq Urmar criticised Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) leadership for failing to provide any tingable relief to masses reeeling under the heavy burden of inflation.
PTI leadership has decided to not compromise over the rights of people and it will continue its struggle to steer the country out of the gogmire of economic and political instabilities.
“PTI government is spending billions of rupees on the development of the province and it has completed a number of mega development projects in various sectors,” he added.
While welcoming the newly joined party workers, the provincial forest minister said that PPP and PML-N parties have no agenda to work for the welfare of the public but serve their vested interests in the politics.
