Dear All,
With a heavy heart, I want to share that my father, Major (Retd) Masood Sharif Khan, has passed away peacefully in his sleep. He was the proud son of Captain Mohammad Sharif Khan and Mrs Begun Jan. Today he is re-united with his father and mother. His wife, Mrs Farzana Masood, his daughters, Kashmala Sharif, and Mehek Sharif, his son, Hassan Sharif Khan, will miss the presence of this great man in their lives forever.
Masood Sharif Khan will always be remembered for his love of justice, generosity and genuine-ness. I will always be in awe of his courage and hope that I can be half the man he has been. His grand-children, Amani, Elena, Suleiman, Zayyan, Sophia, Serene, Zane and Sharez, will continue the legacy he has left behind. He always thought of his children’s spouses as his own children, Zarrar Sehgal, Osama Zia, and Sumer Alhinnawi will miss him deeply.
Funeral arrangements will he held both in Islamabad, where we live, and our ancestral, Karak, where he will rest.
