District administration Peshawar arrested the managers of 9 filling stations for least gauge of petrol on Monday.
District administration Peshawar is regularly monitoring the provision and gauge of petrol pumps at the district. In this connection, on the directives of the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Peshawar Shah Fahad, the officers of district administration conducted raids on filling stations at City Circular Road, Gulbahar, Charsadda Road and G.T. Road and arrested the managers of 9 filling stations for least gauge.
The Deputy Commissioner Peshawar has directed all officers of the district administration to inspect filling stations within the areas of their jurisdiction and in case of least gauge take action against their management.
