ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has extended the date for provision of details of cases and protective bail of PTI leader Shandana Gulzar till May 25. The case came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani Tuesday. The court inquired has Shandana Gulzar joined investigation. The counsel for Shandana Gulzar told the court yes we had joined investigation. FIA said “ you please give your statement. We asked what is allegation against us. FIA said Investigation officer is unwell. We have already filed written application tell us what is allegation. Assistant Attorney General (AAG) Usman Ghumman told the court no FIR is lodged against Shandana Gulzar. FIA has summoned Shandana Gulzar as witness. The court remarked what is her problem , see it. If statement has to be obtained or she has to be summoned as witness. The court while issuing directive to AAG extended protective bail till May 25. Online
