Sessions Court has extended interim bail of 8 accused including wife of Moonis Elahi till May 30 in money laundering case.
The dubious transactions of Rs 800 million and money laundering case against wife of Moonis Elahi and others came up for hearing in Sessions court Thursday.
Additional Sessions Judge Ghulam Rasool took up the bail pleas for hearing. All the accused including wife of Moonis Elahi appeared in the court on expiry of interim bail period.
Zara Ealhi and Tehreem Elahi appeared in the court and marked their attendance.
The court issued order of extension in interim bail upto May 30 in respect of wife of Moonis Elahi and other accused persons.
Rasikh Elahi could not appear in the court being unwell and filed exemption from attendance plea.
