CCPO Syed Ashfaq Anwar held a crime review meeting with police officers of Faqirabad Division here on Thursday.
SP Faqirabad Syed Talal Ahmad Shah, DSP Gulbahar Shakeel Khan and all SHOs of Faqirabad Division were present on this occasion.
CCPO Syed Ashfaq Anwar strictly instructed to use modern technology by geo-tagging and geo-fencing in case of serious crimes, he stressed on the police officers to prevent street crime and other crimes.
He directed to speed up the investigation system by determining hot spots, surprise blockades, snap checking, information-based search operations and increasing police patrols.
In order to ensure speedy completion and comprehensive investigation, in case of serious crimes, concerned operation and investigation officers should supervise the investigation process and collection of evidence at the crime scene to ensure comprehensive investigation process in all cases.
CCPO Peshawar Syed Ashfaq Anwar visited Gulbahar police station to further improve security, during the visit he also reviewed police station records, registers, various offices, residential barracks and internal and external security arrangements.
SP Faqirabad Division Dr. Muhammad Umar gave a detailed briefing on the security measures taken on this occasion.
Syed Ashfaq Anwar, monitoring of CCTV cameras, women disc was also reviewed.
