A security and round table conference on the ongoing law and order situation of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa concluded here on Thursday.
A seminar was held on the first day while a round table conference was held on the second day.
A large number of people representing military, civil and different schools of thought participated in the seminar and round table conference.
During the concluding session, the speakers presented their recommendations to improve the current overall security situation facing the province and identified joint efforts of the military and civil leadership and the people as the key to success.
The security forces and the people have sacrificed a lot to deal with the scourge of terrorism and this is the reason why Pakistan has been successful in the war against terrorism.
The participants welcomed the holding of such seminars and agreed that in the current situation, the people stand by the security forces and are determined to root out the menace of terrorism.
