Abrupt ban on bike entry to red zone irk commuters

Thousand of bikers were facing hardship as Islamabad police closed the entry of all kind of bikes into red zone without any prior warning on first day of Islamic month.
Bikers were forced to park their motorcycles outside each entry point and go ahead on their feet which created problem for citizens especially for senior citizens.
Most of people are unaware about government shuttle service. Islamabad police said on twitter bikers are ban in red zone due to security reason.
For entry into red zone shuttle service was provided from three spots: Serena Chowk, Parade Avenue and Marriot Chowk, ICT tweeted around 12pm however most of most of employees enters into red zone between 8 to 9am and they were irked due to this abrupt decision.
Most of people are unaware about government shuttle service.
People expressed deep anger over this entry ban and also complaints over Islamabad police treatment who are witnessed misbehaving with people those are arriving to these entry points.
ICT police further clarified that this ban will go on till 12 of Muharram.
Commuters said that there is no planned rally of mourning inside red zone in these days.
People said if there is any kind of potential security threat why vehicles are allowed to enter without any checking.
People are also mentioning the incident of Marriot Hotel bomb blast which happend on September 20, 2008 when an ammunition loaded truck entered into five star hotel.
People said that once the incident happened with big vehicle but security personnel are banning bike and leaving vehicle entry without any checking, which they termed as violation of basic right of movement of citizens but not a security step.
Hundreds of bikes witnessed parked outside each entry point.
