ISLAMABAD
Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has dismissed bail plea of chairman PTI in 3 cases. 2 cases were registered in Police station Khanna and one was registered in police station Bhara Kahu. Judge Abul Hasnaat Zulqarnain of ATC Islamabad announced reserved judgment regarding bail plea of chairman PTI in three cases. ATC dismissed bail plea of chairman PTI due to his absence. It is pertinent to mention here that Chairman PTI has been declared criminal in Toshakhana case.
The court had awarded punishment of 3 years in jail and fined Rs one lakh besides disqualifying him for five years. He was arrested from Lahore and imprisoned in Attock jail.
On the other side PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi appeared before judge Abul Hasnaat Zulqarnain of ATC in police station Khanna case.
The court fixed on September 01 next hearing of the case registered against Shah Mehmood Qureshi
The court summoned 2 members of JIT along with record on next hearing.
