NAB has presented investigation report in the court against Muhannad Khan Bhatti and Muhammad Riaz in the matter of corruption and kick backs.
According to report NAB Lahore has filed investigation report against these two accused in Accountability Court (AC).
It has been said in NAB report record was collected from both the accused regarding identification of co-accused. The two accused gave different statements with reference to kickbacks amount. Rs 100 million was transferred to the bank account of Shehr Yar Khan son of Muhammad Khan Bhatti.
The accused Muhammad Khan Bhatti could not give reasonable reply about this amount. According to NAB report sources of this amount are required from Muhammad Khan Bhatti. Muhammad Khan Bhatti was given more time for remembering source of income about this amount.
Heavy amount was transferred to bank account of Irfan Riaz son of co-accused Muhammad Riaz. Investigation is required from the accused Muhammad Riaz in respect of source of income.
The NAB requested the court to grant physical remand of both the accused.
Muhammad Khan Bhatti is with NAB on physical remand.
