Caretaker Foreign Minister (FM) Jalil Abbas Jilani has told the upper house that Israel is responsible for genocide and war crimes in Gaza.
He said that it is difficult to establish a hospital in Gaza at this time. We will try to provide aid to the Palestinian people.
Senator Mushtaq Ahmed while speaking on calling attention notice in the upper house on Friday said that unfortunately there is no democratic government in the Arab world and he did not see any rally or procession there, only qunut is being recited in mosques.
He said that the efforts of Pakistan’s ambassador in Egypt are also valuable and he could not get permission to go to Rafa Crossing on the occasion of his visit to Egypt.
Mushtaq Ahmed said that Pakistan handed over the goods to the Red Cross on behalf of the state, government and people, and it was regrettable that these goods first go to Israel for checking and without the permission of Israel, not even a sip of water can be given to our Palestinian brothers.
He said that at this time, about 7 thousand people are under the rubble, 6 thousand children, 4 thousand women, 5 thousand men, 205 medical staff and 64 journalists have been martyred, while the information received there is more terrifying that 50 thousand people are martyred and more than 1 lakh are injured.

He said that there is a war in Gaza and a war in the whole world which the Palestinians are winning. The war is going on in sports fields and diplomatic events as well. I also pay tribute to Shema Kermani of Pakistan.
Senator said that there are 24-hour protests in Western countries and billions of people are campaigning in favor of Palestine on social media.
He said that the voice in favor of the Palestinians is being raised from the West instead of the East. Small western countries have cut off their relations with Israel, but the OIC has not been able to do anything.
Hamas did recent agreement with Israel which was not done by the OIC, but by Hamas, Mushtaq added.
further he posed question that why Pakistan is absent and silent? why Pakistan is not going to international courts?
Senator added that Pakistan’s diplomacy is not being understood. He said that the current ceasefire should be extended. Pakistan could have talked about providing treatment to the injured, but the government is not doing anything.
Pakistan should talk with Egypt and Jordan to send medical staff. He said that at present, the NGOs of Pakistan are trying to send custom to Gaza for welfare of Palestinians. One-time permission should be granted to them to take dollars out of country for the welfare of Gaza Muslims.
He said that at this time the whole world is against Israel, at this time the concept of one and two states should be abandoned and only help the Palestinians and work against the terrorism of the Israelis.
Mushtaq Ahmed maintained further that people are worried about what steps our government is taking.
On this occasion, the caretaker foreign minister, Jalil Abbas Jilani, said that the situation in Gaza is very serious and the destruction that has happened there has resulted in more than 15 thousand martyrs and 40 thousand injured. While all the buildings were destroyed and around 37 medical institutions were destroyed and countless UN workers were killed.
Top diplomat said that these are war crimes that Israel is committing and we repeatedly saying that Israel should be held responsible for war crimes.
He said that the whole world should pay attention to the situation there. The President of Palestine said that millions and thousands of children have become orphans and families have been destroyed. He said that under the agreement, 50 Israeli prisoners, while Hamas Will release 150 Hamas prisoners.
Jalil Abbas said, “What will be the situation in the Middle East after this catastrophe? I think that the pressure exerted by Islamic countries including Pakistan on Israel and the international community has had a significant impact.”
Qatar has also played a role to ensure a ceasefire and a permanent solution to the problem, he added.
Further he continued that the manner in which the processions have taken place in favor of Palestine has further highlighted the problem of Palestine.
He said that Israel should be held responsible for war crimes and genocide and there can be no solution for Israel until Israel emerges as an independent state.
Jilani maintained that Pakistan has played a very active role since last month, Pakistan has also played a greater role in the OIC. Similarly, Pakistan’s role in getting Jordan’s resolution approved in the United Nations has been appreciated by the international community.
Foreign minister said that he wants to tell the House that Pakistan has relations with Jordan and Egypt, but there is a need to remove the difficulties in this regard. He said that Israel’s permission is required in this regard.
He said that the current situation in Gaza is that no country can build a hospital there, and the Indonesian hospital has also been destroyed.
