According to the details, accused Afnan Shafqat has decided to challenge the physical remand granted by the Special Anti-Terrorism Court. Accused Afnan Shafqat will file an application against physical remand in Lahore High Court (LHC), the lawyer has prepared the application on behalf of the accused. In the text of the petition, it is said that the accused is young and all investigations have been completed, free and fair trial is the fundamental right of the accused, so the court should declare the physical remand granted by the anti-terrorism agency null and void.
