Local court of Islamabad has summoned Bushra Bibi in person in Non-Shariah Nikkah case.
Senior civil judge Qudrat Ullah heard the alleged Non Shariah Nikkah case against Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in a local court Friday.
Junior lawyer to Rizwan Abbasi advocate counsel for the petitioner appeared in the court.
Usman Gul counsel for Bushra Bibi appeared in the court after interval and told the court had ordered for jail trial. We have sent Bushra Bibi to jail. Surety bonds have been prepared.
Judge Qudrat Ullah said the accused will have to be called in the court.
When she came to know that trail would not take place in jail then she should come.
The counsel for Bushra Bibi said we have information that Bushra Bibi’s coming in the court is threatening.
Judge Qudrat Ullah said today there is no rush. The court is also empty. You should present her. It is final she will have to come. I am not feeling well too. When jail authorities were informed then why she had gone there.
The court ordered to present Bushra Bibi.
