Lahore: The senior leadership of PML-N has contacted the Former State Minister Chaudhry Jaffar Iqbal from Gujrat. Party leadership has taken Chaudhry Jaffar Iqbal into confidence for not issuing ticket. According to party leadership, Chaudhry Jaffar has been told that not giving you a ticket at the moment does not mean ignoring your sacrifices and struggles. The party is well aware and recognizes your 22 years of party commitments and struggles. Nawaz Sharif considers you as a member of his family. Nawaz Sharif message is that depriving you of the ticket was my test and yours after not getting the ticket. Nawaz Sharif was sure that Ch Jaffar would pass this test as always. Ch Jaffar expressed confidence in Nawaz Sharif and party leadership. Ch Jaffar said that he accepts every decision of the party. If Nawaz Sharif is the Prime Minister, I will consider myself as Prime Minister. If Nawaz Sharif is in the Prime Minister house I don’t need any position. Changing party and narrative is against my political training. He further said that party ticket was decided by Nawaz Sharif and he accepts every decision of his leader.
