A massive rally took out to celebrate the landslide victory of PPP candidates in district Badin on Saturday.
The rally, led by Haji Rasul Bux Chandio, Taj Muhammad Mallah and others started from the DC chowk Badin. It wound its way through various city roads, including Shah Abdul Latif road, Mehran Chowk, Quaid-e-Azam road and before concluding at Shahnawaz Chowk Badin.
Hundreds of PPP workers and elected public representatives participated, celebrating the triumph with enthusiastic slogans in support of Pakistan People Party.
During the rally, Haji Rasul Bux Chandio, Taj Muhammad Mallah and others addressed the participants of the rally. They expressed gratitude to the people of Badin for making history by securing a monumental victory for PPP candidates in district Badin on both National and provincial constituencies.
The elected representatives thanked all communities of district Badin for their overwhelming support, emphasizing the trust placed in PPP candidates.
Meanwhile at the evening, a large number of Mirza supporters has gathered at DC Chowk Badin and staged protest demonstration alleging the concerned authorities of failing in conducting free and fair election in district Badin. GDA leader, former home minister Sindh, Dr. Zulfiquar Mirza, former speaker of National Assembly, Dr. Fehmida Mirza, Hassam Mirza, Barrister, Hasnain Mirza and others also addressed the participants.
