Islamabad High Court (IHC) has reserved judgment on the petitions seeking nullification of notification regarding success of candidates in NA-46,47 and 48 after hearing the arguments.
Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamir Farooq reserved the judgment after hearing the arguments.
The CJ IHC remarked notification has come but if later the decision on petition pending in Election Commission (EC) comes different then what will happen. Tribunals have not been constituted so far, therefore the court is authorized to hear the case.
The petitions seeking nullification of notification of successful candidates in NA-46, 47 and 48 came up for hearing in IHC Wednesday.
CJ IHC Justice Aamir Farooq heard the case.
The CJ IHC remarked EC knew it that application is lying with it. Was it not appropriate that EC would have decided it first.
The counsel for EC said the result of postal ballots is not included in form 47. The allegation from the petitioners is to the extent of form 47 0nly.
The CJ IHC remarked application is pending with EC. It should be decided first.
The counsel for EC said I want to give some legal references on the question of court.

According to petitioner final results were compiled despite stay order of EC.
As per the petitioner EC issued order despite its own stay order. EC knew it that the application is pending with it.
The counsel for EC said EC had written in its order if consolidation has not been made then it should be stopped.
