Achakzai won NA seat from NA-266 constituency in Balochistan’s Kila Abdullah-cum-Chaman

For the election of the President of the country, the government coalition has submitted the nomination papers of Asif Ali Zardari and the opposition party fielded Mahmood Achakzai as their candidate.
On behalf of the People’s Party, party leader Farooq H. Naik has submitted the papers of former President Asif Zardari.
Papers were submitted to the presiding officer in Islamabad High Court, Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Amir Farooq received the nomination papers of Asif Zardari.
Asif Zardari will be the presidential candidate on behalf of the People’s Party, while Bilawal Bhutto is the proposer of his father Asif Zardari and Farooq. H. Naik is the supporter.
On the other hand, the Sunni Unity Council submitted the nomination papers of Mehmood Khan Achakzai for the presidential election, which was submitted by PTI leader Latif Khosa in the Islamabad High Court.
Election Commission of Pakistan has released the schedule for the presidential election. According to the schedule, nomination papers can be submitted on March 2 before 12 noon.
The nomination papers can be withdrawn till 12 noon on March 5, the list of presidential candidates will be displayed on March 5 and the presidential election will be held on March 9.
