ISLAMABAD: Chairman of Prime Minister Youth Program Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan on Tuesday said that empowering youth through financial support was the top priority of the government. He expressed these views during a meeting with Deputy Governor of State Bank of Pakistan Salim Ullah. The Chairman further said that providing better economic opportunities and making the young generation more financially independent and self-sufficient, there was an urgent need to provide them an economically friendly environment, so that they would be able to have a prosperous future. The meeting deliberated on strategies to increase access to financial services for the youth under the Prime Minister’s Youth Business and Agriculture Loan Scheme.
