Chairman, Amun Taraqqi Party Muhammad Faiq Shah asserted peace is essential for political and economic stability, because the lasting calm will strengthen Pakistan.
According to a statement here on Sunday, Shah said that collective leadership can bring stability in the country.
He stressed everyone should learn lesson from the loss of flawed policies for seven decades, tug of war for power, social and economic division.
The ATP chief said if we want progress and prosperity then there must be given authority and justice to people.
He, furthermore, said democracy should be carried forward with real shape.
He said nothing will gain from crunching, pressure and downfall of morality.
Faiq said his party is carrying out political awareness and democratic struggle for social and economic stability.
He said manifesto and program must be enforced so that stability would come and people also gain justice and authority.
The party leader reemphasized the release of political prisoners and set together for making joint deals.
Shah demanded formation of a joint board for peace and stability.
He said government, opposition, judiciary, administration and military institutions along with public representatives and all other segments should be part of the board.
Collective policies would be framed under the board, he added.
Commenting on the current political scenario, Mr Shah said all political prisoners should be released by making agreements in joint sitting.
Otherwise, he said results cannot be produced.
Shah asserted hurdles shouldn’t be created in way of national interests.
He asked the government, politicians and administration to focus on public authority and justice.
He said criticism as per democratic values, roadmap and support is the real democracy.
He added only fascism is seen in the incumbent government.
