ATC gives last chance to prosecution to complete arguments on bail plea of PTI founder in May 9 cases

Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore has given last chance to prosecution to complete arguments on the bail plea of PTI founder in 4 cases of May 9 incident.
Judge Arshid Javed of ATC took up for hearing bail plea of PTI founder in 4 cases related to May 9 Saturday.
Barrister Suleman Safdar counsel for PTI founder argued PTI former chairman said he condemns what has occurred on May 9.
PTI founder was not present here at the time of registration of cases.
Counsel Suleman Safdar said PTI founder has said he talks of law. High Court made it clear that there is no material available against him. No proceedings was initiated against Bushra Bibi for 4 months.
Counsel for PTI founder said prosecution adopted 4 stance against them and prosecution failed in all these four stances. If prosecution has any evidence against us then it should give.
Bail has been granted in 24 cases. They should not make mockery of criminal law.
The court while adjourning the hearing till September 10 remarked the arguments of the counsel for accused have been completed and now it is last chance for prosecution to give arguments.
