Court accepts bail after arrest pleas of arrested MNAs of PTI

Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad while accepting bail after arrest pleas of PTI arrested Members of National Assembly (MNAs) has ordered to release 10 members of assembly forthwith.
The order has been issued on Monday.
The court accepted bail after arrest pleas of PTI arrested MNAs against surety bonds of Rs 30000 each and ordered to release them immediately.
Judge Abual Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain took up the bail pleas of the PTI MNAs arrested in case registered against them in police station Sangjani.
Prosecutor Raja Navid said during the hearing of the case MNA Ahmad Chatha is nominated in the case. The minimum sentence is 3 years in respect of the clauses imposed in the case. Bail be not accepted.
Judge Abual Hasnat Zulqarnain inquired has any thing been recovered from Sher Afzal Marwat, Ahmad Chatha and other MNAs. Prosecutor replied No nothing has been recovered.
Later the court while accepting bail after arrest plea of the arrested PTI MNAs against surety bonds valuing Rs 30000 each ordered to release them immediately.
The arrested PTI MNAs are Sher Afzal Marwat, Sheikh Waqas, Zain Qureshi, Ahmad Chatha, Aamir Dogar, Yousuf Khan, Naeem Ali Shah and others. PTI MNAs Owais Haider Jakhar,Shah Ahad and Zubair Khan are also included in them.
It is pertinent to mention here cases under terrorism clauses are registered against these MNAs in police stations Sangjani, Tarnol, Noon and Sumbal.
On September 10, ATC had released party chairman Barrister Gohar Ali, granted physical remand in respect of 7 PTI leaders including Shoaib Shaheen, Sher Afzal Marwat and Aamir Dogar and sent Shoaib Shaheen to jail on judicial remand.
The arrested PTI MNAs had resorted to Islamabad High Court (IHC) against ATC decision .
The IHC while hearing PTI leaders petition had suspended the decision of ATC regarding physical remand of arrested PTI leaders.
