Dr Syed Zafarullah Bakhshali, Assistant Professor of Pashto Department, has been appointed as Deputy Chief Proctor of Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan (AWKUM).
The competent authority of the university issued a formal notification here on Thursday, entrusting Dr Zafar with additional responsibilities in the university.
Dr Syed Zafarullah Bakhshali is an academic and researcher in Pashto language and literature.
His appointment aims to strengthen the university’s disciplinary and administrative framework.
