Intezar Panjotha recovery case
ISLAMABAD
Islamabad High Court (IHC) has directed police to contact IB and ISI to trace location of in Intezar Panjotha recovery case besides ordering for filing progress report till October 21. The order was issued on Friday. The petition on recovery of Intezar Panjotha focal person of PTI founder Imran Khan who is missing since October 8 came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Chief Justice (CJ) Aamer Farooq Friday. Faisal Chaudhry on behalf of petitioner Ali Ijaz Buttar appeared in the court while DIG Headquarters Mustafa Tanvir and DSP legal Sajid Cheema also appeared.
The CJ IHC inquired report was given on Saturday that vehicle has been traced. Then what happened after it.
Islamabad police told that the vehicle can be seen while entering into Islamabad. The vehicle turns to left side from Rawal Chowk to Kashmir chowk Srinagar Highway. At 5.02 vehicle moves to Fateh Jang road. After it vehicle goes where , we have to see now.
The CJ IHC remarked how to go ahead now. One man is missing and he has to be traced.
The CJ IHC inquired from Deputy Attorney General (DAG) “ Shah Sahb have reports of ISI and MI come.
DAG replied report of MI has come. I file it.
Faisal Chaudhry advocate said “ I am worried about life of Intezar Panjotha. I have no other problem. One human life is my worry.
The court directed focal person of SSP will remain in contact with Faisal Chaudhry and provide footages of matter to counsel for the petitioner.
The counsel for petitioner said if sector commander cooperates in connection with location then the problem will be resolved soon due to location.
The court directed police to contact IB and ISI to trace location besides ordering to file progress report till October 21.
The court adjourned hearing of the case.
